配送ポリシー

Orders are processed from Guadalajara, México. 

Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 15 business days due to production times after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm on Monday through Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Delivery dates are an estimate, may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. In this event, We will send you an email to notify and keep you informed about this delay. However, whilst every effort will be made to achieve the stated delivery date, any delay shall not give rise to the right to claim compensation or damages.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free local delivery is available for orders over $30 USD within the Guadalajara metropolitan area. For orders under $30, we charge $5 for local delivery.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Guadalajara. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 15 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 6pm on Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. The flat rate shipping is calculated according on the continent you are located in.Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For international orders, a custom duty could probably be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MORFA is not responsible for the payment of this duty fee. Estimated delivery time frame will be between 1-3 weeks.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@morfa.xyz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept exchanges or refunds.

We only have a 5-day return policy, for products that have suffered damage during the shipping process.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@morfa.xyz. with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
